Forecasting long term psychiatric outcomes
Service Description
A specialized psychiatric evaluation designed to determine the patient’s projected long term emotional and psychological trajectory after an accident. This assessment analyzes the severity of current psychiatric symptoms, the impact of trauma, coping capacity, past psychiatric history, functional impairment, and risk factors to predict the patient’s future mental health stability and recovery potential. This evaluation examines • Expected duration of psychiatric symptoms • Probability of improvement, stagnation, or deterioration • Risk of developing chronic psychiatric conditions • Long term impact on functioning, relationships, and occupational performance • Likelihood of recurring depression, anxiety, or trauma reactions • Vulnerability to future stressors or re-traumatization • Expected need for long term therapy, medication, or psychiatric follow up • Overall likelihood of permanent versus temporary emotional injury The resulting Psychiatric Prognosis Report provides attorneys with clear, evidence based predictions regarding long term psychiatric outcomes, helping strengthen case valuation, settlement arguments, and emotional damages claims.
Cancellation Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy Atlanta Psych and Wellness Center is committed to compassionate care and fair, transparent billing. 1. Prepaid Appointments Some services (like new patient visits) require full prepayment to confirm your appointment. This amount goes toward your visit balance. 2. Cancellations & No-Shows 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the visit fee. This applies to all appointments, including technical issues caused by the patient (e.g., late login). Note: These fees are not billable to insurance and must be paid before future bookings. 3. Refunds Services that have already been provided are non-refundable. Approved refunds will exclude processing fees, which are charged by our payment processor and not retained by our office. To request a refund, email: atlantapsychllc@gmail.com with your full name, date of service, and reason. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. 4. Chargebacks Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us directly causes unnecessary costs to the practice. Policy: Accounts with chargebacks will be permanently closed. No future appointments can be booked on that account. Please reach out to resolve billing concerns professionally. We understand emergencies happen, please contact us if you need help. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in discharge from the practice.
