OR 2) Surgical Clearance is a psychiatric evaluation for surgery clearance is a pre-surgical measure aimed to protect the patient and improve surgical outcomes. This thorough assessment is a valuable clinical interview that focuses on behaviors, psychological symptoms and the understanding and readiness of surgery. Identifying your strengths, weaknesses and motivation for surgery is critical in determining if additional support or assistance is warranted prior to the operation. It is equally important to understand that surgery may be life-altering, not only physically, but mentally. ** This psychiatric evaluation for surgical clearance is not for establishing care, but for the pre-surgical need for clearance. The hourly fee includes client testing, medical record review, telephone call(s), letter(s), report(s) and required documentation. ** This psychiatric assessment is valid for 30 (thirty) days, if approved.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24-hours in advance to avoid a same-day cancellation/no-show fee. Canceling in advance, will also allow other clients in need of services to be seen sooner. A $50 same-day cancellation/no-show fee will be applied to your account. This includes NEW and EXISTING patients.
