Whether you're traveling, in between your healthcare provider appointments or have recently moved, you may suddenly realize that you're out of your medication(s) and in need of a refill. It is so important to maintain your medication schedule, we can help with a one-time refill (up to a 2-week supply) of a daily or as-needed, existing prescription. Refill requests are approved ONCE every six months. Please confirm with our practice before initiating this request that your pharmacy address and phone number is up-to-date. Prescription refill requests will be submitted electronically to your pharmacy after approval from your provider. Your local pharmacy will contact you when your prescription is ready. Typically refills are ready for pick-up within the next few hours. **This is NOT an appointment, only a 2-week refill request of your current medications. A follow-up appointment should be made within 2 weeks, if this medication refill request is approved.** (Refill requests are for existing patients only)

Refund & Cancellation Policy Atlanta Psych and Wellness Center is committed to compassionate care and fair, transparent billing. 1. Prepaid Appointments Some services (like new patient visits) require full prepayment to confirm your appointment. This amount goes toward your visit balance. 2. Cancellations & No-Shows 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the visit fee. This applies to all appointments, including technical issues caused by the patient (e.g., late login). Note: These fees are not billable to insurance and must be paid before future bookings. 3. Refunds Services that have already been provided are non-refundable. Approved refunds will exclude processing fees, which are charged by our payment processor and not retained by our office. To request a refund, email: atlantapsychllc@gmail.com with your full name, date of service, and reason. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. 4. Chargebacks Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us directly causes unnecessary costs to the practice. Policy: Accounts with chargebacks will be permanently closed. No future appointments can be booked on that account. Please reach out to resolve billing concerns professionally. We understand emergencies happen, please contact us if you need help. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in discharge from the practice.
